Vacc-syn Biotech project consists of building animal farm house facility for housing ponies & rabbits & for manufacturing plasma & serum.
The project is under construction at Badlapur near Mumbai. Apart from animal farming, the major activities comprises of animal bleeding, blood collection, plasma separation & De-fibrination, serum separation and storage.
The Layout was designed considering the entire process flow as mentioned below:
- Bleed Material Movement
- Plasma Movement
- Blood Movement
- Bottle Movement
The facility is planned in the total plot area of 24660 sq.mts, with total construction area of 3155 sq.mts
Dedicated building was planned for change room, Lab area for Rabbit bleeding and horse bleeding, Food storage area, dispensary.
Various other aspects of the project are taken into consideration while designing Basic engineering and overall layout such as:
- Natural arrangement for pony stable and rabbit housing
- Autopsy room for animals
- Quarantine area for new animals before immunization
- Sick animal bay
- Dry hey storage and food preparation area
A special water treatment plant is designed for zero discharge limits. |
