BASF India Ltd. approached Spectrum to Provide Budgetary Cost Estimation Report to set up the Multi Product facility at Mangalore, Karnataka. The facility should be Suitable for regulatory approval of UKMCA / USFDA and meeting all local regulatory requirements.

Spectrum provided conceptual design including Plot plan, Equipment layout, Equipment sizing and project cost estimate. The Area covered was 9500 Sq.M with 140 KL Reaction capacity. The Project cost estimated  was Rs. 1470 million with +/- 10%

BASF wanted to further refine the project budget based on further detailing of the conceptual layout and cost estimate based on Bill of Quantities for Civil, HVAC, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical. The scope also included preparation of phase wise investment plan and suggesting strategy for the same.
