Key Project Features:

Novartis Healthcare wanted to set up the global research &development laboratory & pilot scale manufacturing facility for Solids, Liquids & Ointments for its OTC business in India.

The facility mainly comprised of following sections –

Analytical Laboratory
Wet Chemistry Lab
Administrative Area
Utility Area
Pilot Plant
Stability

The Project was done in existing building. Approx. area of the facility is 12,500 Square feet. Facility was designed for 25 Chemists. All utilities such as Lab Gases &Air compressors were located on Terrace.

Project Execution:

This project was completed in record time of 10 Months.

The project was appreciated as a state of the art facility & was qualified by Novartis, Switzerland Quality Control Department.

The Project was completed in budgeted cost & timelines. The major constraint in the project was the Lab was located on 5’th floor & all the utilities has to pass through the 6’th floor from terrace to the Lab.
