Spectrum has designed and engineered analytical laboratory with facility for microbial testing in China. This laboratory was designed to serve the nutritional industry. This was a facility created for US Based MNC & whole project was qualified by the client’s US Quality Assurance Team.

The main sections built in the center were:

• Analytical Laboratory
• Wet Chemistry Lab
• Microbiology Lab
• Stability Chambers' section
• Offices for Chemists
• Utilities such as Gas, Water, Air

The Project was done in existing building. Approximate area of the facility is 4500 Square feet.

All utilities such as Lab Gases & Air compressors were served from existing sources. The major challenge in the project was to overcome the language barrier as project was executed in interior of China. But Spectrum has overcome this barrier & delivered the project in short span of six months.
Spectrum engineers were stationed at site for hooking up critical equipments such as autoclave, purified water systems, dishwasher dryers & stability chambers.
