Mr. R S Swaminathan - Managing Director

Basic Qualification: Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering.

Work Experience:

Nearly 30 years experience in design, engineering, execution and commissioning of Basic Chemical and Pharmaceutical Projects. Have vast experience of working with both consultants and clients.

Started his career with A & E firms like M N Dastur & Co, Technimont ICB. From 1982 to 1985 worked with M/s Rhone Poulenc Ltd. (then May & Baker Ltd.) as a member of the team, which set up one of the most modern and “state of art” Oral Solid Dosage form manufacturing facility in India.

From 1985 to 1995 with M/s Lupin Laboratories Ltd. a leading Indian Pharmaceutical Manufacturer as Senior Manager in charge of all projects at their Aurangabad and Mandideep, Bhopal sites including US FDA approved Sterile and Non-Sterile Cephalosporine facilities and UK MHRA approved Aseptic Dry Powder vial filling facility at Mandideep.

Attended various International conferences on Pharmaceutical Technology in USA, UK etc.

Published various technical papers in pharmaceutical magazines like Pharma Pulse and Pharma Bio World.

Active member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE)

Mr. Aniruddha J Parmar - Director

Basic Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering

Work Experience:

Has over 8 years of extensive experience in design and detailed engineering of facilities for Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms. Specialized in design of facilities for High Potent drugs. As a Director, he is in charge of day-to-day supervision of all engineering activities and co-ordination with clients. A team of three Project Managers, two executives, four officers and draftsmen supports him.

Mr. Ravindra S Burse – Chief Engineer - Electrical

Basic Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering

Work Experience:

Has over 16 years of experience in maintenance and projects having worked with leading Indian Pharmaceutical companies like Lupin, Ajanta Pharma, Kopran etc. As Chief Engineer – Electrical, he is responsible for complete design and engineering of electrical and instrumentation for all projects. An engineering staff of six electrical and instrumentation engineers supports him.

Basic Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience:

Has over 15 years of experience in maintenance and projects having worked with leading Indian and Multinational pharma companies like Johnson & Johnson, Cipla etc. As project Manager, he is responsible for all co-ordination and planning activities of the project. He has specialized in design and engineering of Analytical, Research & Development Laboratories. A team of two Project Managers, three executives four officers and draftsmen supports him.

Mr. Kitekar Shafi - Assistant Manager - HVAC

Basic Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Production Engineering

Work Experience:

Has extensive experience of more than 7 years in design and engineering of HVAC systems for Pharma, API, Food Industries etc. A team of two engineers and a draftsman support him.

Mr. Sarvankar M - Sr. Manager - Projects

Basic Qualification: B. Sc. (Tech) in Pharmaceuticals and Fine Chemicals

Work Experience:

Has over 16 years of experience and projects having worked with leading Indian and Multinational pharma companies like Lupin Laboratories Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd. etc. He has vast expertise in setting up various pharmaceutical facilities for API’S and Biopharmaceuticals.
