He has great understanding of the Pharmaceutical Engineering practices and always provides his first-hand expertise for complex projects. He is well aware of the good engineering practices (GEP) and assists client's to build facilities complying to current cGMP norms. A Chemical Engineer with more than 40 years of experience in Facility Design & Project Management and he has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of project management right from concept planning to start up. He is an active Member of ISPE and has also published various articles in renowned Pharma Magazines. Under his leadership, Spectrum has done remarkably well and has become one of the leading Pharmaceutical consulting firms across the globe. He has been an inspiration for many at Spectrum and stands true to "True leaders create leaders, not followers". He has been instrumental in nurturing the best talents.

Aniruddha is one of the promoter directors of the firm and has rich experience of over 20 years in executing and managing projects. He started his career at Spectrum and is now leading the business development & corporate affairs activity at Spectrum. He assists clients at a very nascent stage of the project in the conceptualization plan. He believes in providing value addition to the project in terms of quality and maintaining the operational and overall cost. He is actively involved in the Turnkey EPC Project right from the nascent stage.Some of the projects in which he has been involved have received approvals from Indian FDA, WHO, US FDA and UK MHRA. 

Ajit has vast experience in all aspects of project management right from concept planning to start up. He has done his Specialization in EHS and has worked with – Cipla, Johnson & Johnson. He is leading the overall project activities at Spectrum and is responsible for timely delivery of the project within the approved budget. He is influential to provide solutions to the most complex project executed at Spectrum.In addition he has a strong base in maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery. He started his career as a Pharmaceutical Maintenance Professional & subsequently shifted to Project Management. His hands-on maintenance experience gives him an edge in design & engineering activities of pharmaceutical projects. He has excellent communication skills and he is a strong administrator. He is JNJ certified EHS auditor and has also worked as Occupational Safety Consultant for JNJ Asia-Pacific region from 2005 to 2006. He is associated with Pharmaceutical and F&B industry in field of Project & Engineering for more than 25 years.

Padma has been influential in giving Spectrum Pharmatech a strong foundation since its inception. She is an Electrical Engineer and right from the company’s foundation she is heading the Admin & IT functions. She believes in maintaining accurate systems & procedures for smooth and effective working of office activities. She has led many “Corporate Social Responsibility” CSR activities at Spectrum. She is one of the influential leaders for Spectrum's growth over the years.
